The Key to Unlock Your Mind

Thoughts that you think regularly become beliefs… you begin to believe what you think about regularly.
What you think about often, what you focus on, the thoughts that repeatedly run through your head become beliefs.
These beliefs become the code that your subconscious mind picks up on and interprets as operating instructions.
Your subconscious then implements these instructions and creates your life based on the beliefs that you hold. It does not analyze or evaluate the instructions, it only goes into implementation mode. So if they are negative or positive instructions they are implemented nonetheless.
So if you’re not happy with your life, if things aren’t going the way you want, then simply monitor your thoughts and accompanying words and thereby uncover your creating beliefs.
For example, if you regularly think “it’s difficult to find a job,” then you really do believe that it’s difficult to find a job and, therefore, you will probably have a hard time finding a job. This is exactly what you don’t want, but you’re creating the reality without even realizing it. And once you have it fixed in your mind that you are doomed, your attitude and your conversation start to change to reflect your newfound negative outlook. The solution is to change your thinking and change your beliefs and change your life. How do you do this?

The children’s book “The Little Engine That Could” is a really good blueprint for creating a new reality. The phrase “I think I can” was uttered throughout the story in spite of situations, appearances or even circumstances. Actually, you should read it as “I think: I Can!” Or because I think I can do it, I can do it!! Notice how the words line up with the thoughts of affirmation. This is the key to programming or re-programming Success in your life.

3) Line up your CONVERSATION and your ACTIONS in the direction of your Success. Let no Words come out of your mouth or let no Thoughts stay in your head that go against your eventual success. EVER! Or else you confuse your subconscious mind and short circuit your own dreams and goals. (This is the step that most people miss because it requires discipline)

4) repeat steps 1-3 daily.

5) Add new Long-term and short-term goals and dreams yearly.

6) Repeat steps 1-5 For Life
